A. Yansco has a size chart online. Please take your measurements and see what size is best for you.
Please note that some minor alterations will still be required for that perfect bridal fit.
All sizes catered for at no additional cost.
Q. Can I order via the Internet or phone?
A. Yes, we have the option to buy on our website. Phone, email, and face to face orders are all welcome.
Q. How long does it take to make my selected gown?
A. Your gown will be ready and delivered to you within 12 weeks, but please also allow time for alterations.
Q. What colours can you make my dress in?
A. We have 80+ colours in Satin, and 120+ colours in Taffeta that you can choose from.
You can choose from the standard colours or visit our office to view the full colour range.
Q. Why is your pricing so cheap compared to bridal stores?
A. We are a family based worldwide bridal manufacturer and wholesaler. We operate from our home based office/showroom in Carlton NSW, this keeps our overheads low, passing the savings on to you.
Q. How about the quality?
A. We use the highest grade fabrics and accessories.
Our factory has strict quality control procedures and all our gowns are available for your inspection before purchase.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept Cash, Direct Deposit, MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS, and PayPal.
Full payment is required when ordering.
Q. My body figure has changed after ordering, can I alter my gown?
A. Yes, we have selected alteration companies that we recommend. Details can be found on our ‘links’ page.
Q. Do you hire wedding gowns?
A. No, because of our pricing our customers prefer to buy their gowns.
If you are more budget focused please contact us as we may have some discontinued lines that are on sale.
Q. How are you different from an online store or bridal bouquet?
A. You will be dealing direct with the owners, not just sale representatives.
You are welcome to visit us, see, feel, inspect, try on, and even photograph our gowns.

Q. Can I exchange my gown?
A. No, sorry we don't exchange as the gown has been ordered to meet your requirements.
